Vera leads Blue Banyan’s consulting engagements across Southeast Asia. She brings over 12 years of experience advising companies and institutions on strategy, transformation, and long-term competitive positioning, with a reputation for shaping strategies that hold up in real operating environments rather than remaining theoretical.

Her work spans ecosystem and category strategy, portfolio and go-to-market design, operating and business-model definition, technology-enabled change, and new-venture creation, with commercial leadership experience across consulting and agency environments. She has built consulting practices and innovation labs from the ground up, and brings deep expertise in behavioural economics and decision science, applying commercial discipline to human-centred design by linking decision behaviour to demand formation, pricing power, and market structure.

Parallel to her advisory work, Vera has launched, operated, and invested in ventures across Southeast Asia. Early and sustained exposure to business ownership through her family’s businesses in trade and commerce, logistics and shipping, retail, fashion and F&B, nightlife, entertainment, and venture capital has given her a grounded view of the commercial, organisational, and reputational trade-offs leaders navigate over time.
